Hello, I’m Dr. Mark Geddes. I graduated from Weber State University in 1997 and then went on to dental school at Southern Illinois University graduating in 2002. I enjoy being a dentist. I love helping and caring for patients and getting to know them and their families. I love dentistry and all the various procedures and skill sets it has given me to help our patients have good oral health. I enjoy taking time off work to attend continuing education courses throughout the year to keep my skills and knowledge up to date in order to give you the latest and best service available in dentistry!
Some of my favorite procedures to perform are dental implants, oral surgery, orthodontics, dentures, root canals, crowns and cosmetic dentistry. I enjoy doing all procedures of dentistry! (Except cleaning teeth. So I have 2 hygienists.) Variety is the spice of life and continuing to learn all aspects of dentistry has helped me be able to offer comprehensive treatment to all of our patients. If you need it, I am excited to do it for you. (Unless wisdom and
experience dictates it would be better for you that someone else do it; we will refer.) I have an easy going personality and friendly nature which I hope to make even the most apprehensive dental patient feel comfortable, relaxed, and eager to come back. And if that doesn’t work, I’ll give you gas. 🙂
When I’m not at the office, I can be found enjoying family time, riding my bike with my kids, participating or training for triathlons, spending time in the outdoors, spending time with my family, busy with church work or spending more time with my family. I have 6 children aging from 6 to 18 years of age and 1 dog. I have concern and patience when it comes to caring for children and hope to make every child’s appointment one they will want to remember in a positive way.
